CenterLine Germany GmbH Acquires Assets of DALEX Automation & Welding GmbH – Diversification of Market Position
CenterLine Germany GmbH is acquiring the assets of DALEX Automation & Welding GmbH, a supplier of components and systems for resistance welding, as part of an asset deal. With this move, CenterLine Germany is expanding its portfolio and reinforcing its position as a process, service, and solution partner in resistance welding technology for various industrial sectors.
DALEX, headquartered in Wissen and founded in 1911, specialized in resistance welding technology, with product groups including spot welding, projection welding, seam rolling, lattice welding, and film seam welding. The company developed, designed, and manufactured everything from standard systems to complex welding cells. Dalex is currently undergoing insolvency proceedings, and its assets are being transferred to the CenterLine Germany facility in Sinn-Fleisbach.
