OHMA™ SoftMount™ Clinch Press

The SoftMount™ Clinch Press is a robust solution for automated fastener installation, and capable of being integrated into CenterLine’s High Speed Fastener Solution™ (HSFS) robotic production cells.
This clinching solution uses compact, compliant tooling that allows the press to mechanically fine-adjust its position to a stamped hole. The tooling’s ability to float ensures that the press produces consistent and concentric clinch fastener installation.

The OHMA™ Clinch Press is a compact, stationary press that is designed for clinch fastener installation in robot loaded applications. The OHMA™ Press can be used for self-pierce or pre-pierce clinch applications. For Self-Pierce applications the press comes equipped with slug ejection detection.

OHMA™ FlexFast™ Clinch Press
The FlexFast™ (Flexible Fastener machine) Clinch Press is a compact, versatile machine designed for manual/operator-loaded clinch fastener installation. The tooling fixtures are interchangeable allowing for diverse applications. Each press can be equipped with a CenterLine Controls Solution (CLCS) which is easy to set up and operate and is non-programmable.
The FlexFast™ Clinch Press can be used for self-pierce or pre-pierce clinch applications. For Self-Pierce applications, the press comes equipped with slug ejection detection.
