CenterLine supplies the UltiLife™ and UltiFlow™ Modular Nozzles; two unique and practical nozzle designs that provide optimal performance for specific operating conditions.

The UltiLife™ nozzle is ideal for spraying hard or abrasive materials and offers extended service life. The holder and nozzles are manufactured from high wear-resistant material to extend operating life to provide up to a 31% savings in operating costs.

The UltiFlow™ is manufactured using clog-resistant material to make it ideal for applications that require spraying pure materials. By minimizing clogging, the UltiFlow™ helps to decrease downtime and improve overall powder use efficiency.

Both systems are available in a straight or 90° holder configuration. Nozzle replacement requires no tools thanks to the spring loaded bayonet nut system.
