Toyota Supplier Performance Award
On Wednesday May 7th Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada
(TMMC) recognized Centerline (Windsor) Limited with a
plaque recognizing "Excellent Supplier
Performance" for 2007 at the Canadian Supplier
Conference. The presentation was made by the purchasing
group and North American President Ray Tanguay, and was
presented to Dan Uszynski and Joe Ruggiero (Sales
Representative) on behalf of CenterLine.
Ray Tanguay, encouraged the suppliers to continue to
become competitive through the process of MUDA, or the
Japanese concept of reducing the 7 forms of waste,
supported by 5S, a program implemented by CenterLine. In
addition, there were presentations from plant employees
or Kaizen Circles on the implementation of Kaizen
(continuous improvement), which has also governed
CenterLine through the various cost savings and
continuous improvement projects.
Congratulations are extended to all CenterLine Employees
in appreciation for their contribution and the success
of our organization in addition to the achievements that
have been made in supporting our customers.
